Belfast Bred: A dramatic tour of the city`s cuisine from past to present
Sample the delights of Belfast food and discover the city`s fascinating culinary history in the company of Barney, a chef from RMS Titanic.
Restored to life following the melting of the iceberg in which he had been frozen, Barney has two and a half hours to complete an ingredient hunt in contemporary Belfast and recreate the famous ship`s launch menu. If successful, Barney will cook the Titanic Centenary Dinner 2012.

Sample gourmet delights at the century-old Sawers Deli, Northern Ireland`s celebrated seafood at the Mourne Seafood Bar, superb artisan beers at the atmospheric John Hewitt pub, delicious Irish cheeses at famous Cathedral Quarter institution Nick’s Warehouse and the unique `Paddy`s Pizza` at the historic Kitchen Bar.
